V těžkých zimních obdobích se někdy setkáváme se situacemi, kdy „letní motorová nafta“ není nahrazena „zimní naftou“, a proto v nádrži dochází k tvorbě „parafinu“ (lepkavé gumy) (v důsledku nízkých teplot) a ta je čerpána do vozidla . Parafín blokuje filtry (jak na čerpadle, tak i ve vozidle), přestože se nejedná o nečistoty (částice). V takových případech lze filtry (řady 260 nebo 300) nahradit tímto 200C Cap Off - "prázdným filtrem". Když zima skončí, vyměňte znovu uzávěr 200C za filtr, abyste chránili své vozidlo.

During heavy winter periods we sometimes encounter situations when the "summer diesel" is not replaced by "winter diesel" and therefore there is "parafine" (sticky gum) formation (due to low temperatures) in the tank and this is pumped to the vehicle. The parafine blocks filters (both at the pump and also in the vehicle) even though it is not dirt (particulate). In such cases, the spin on filter (260 or 300 series) can be replaced by this 200C Cap Off. When winter is over, replace again the 200C Cap Off by the spin on filter to protect your vehicle.
